Reporting to the SVP of Engineering, this position will have high visibility and the chance to have a large impact as we seek to double the size of our engineering team over the next year.</p> <p>Top of funnel is a crucial bottleneck in our recruiting engine and we’re looking for someone who:</p> <ul> <li>Works with hiring managers and recruiters to build a deep understanding of what we are looking for in a role and can map that accurately to potential candidates</li> <li>Is motivated and able to source a high volume of candidates when the role requires it</li> <li>Can utilize creative ideas to stand out and help with particularly difficult searches</li> <li>Has strong writing skills, and can craft messaging that engages candidates</li> <li>Is data informed and is well versed in the metrics underlying their work</li> </ul> <p>The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $200,000 USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy.
