About the Company Our Client, a prominent Media/Entertainment Company headquartered in New York City, is seeking a Senior VP of FP&A. About the Role In this role, you will be a key member of the Finance leadership team and a strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership. This role leads enterprise financial planning, performance management, and core corporate finance functions—translating business strategy into financial outcomes and ensuring disciplined execution across the organization. Responsibilities Business Partnership & Strategy Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO, CEO, COO and executive team supporting strategic initiatives Maintain close alignment with Division Finance leads to translate enterprise strategy into actionable financial plans at the business unit level Drive financial rigor in cost management and deliver clear, actionable insights to senior leadership and the Board Cultivate relationships with key shareholders, reinforcing confidence through clear financial communication and disciplined execution Enterprise FP&A Leadership Lead enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes Develop financial models, scenario analysis, and performance frameworks to support decision-making Translate strategy into financial targets, KPIs, and execution plans Corporate Finance Oversight Direct key corporate finance functions, including: Procurement and strategic sourcing, driving cost optimization and vendor discipline Cash management and liquidity planning, including working capital optimization Financial Reporting Lead enterprise financial reporting and consolidation Deliver variance analysis and recommend corrective actions Continuously improve financial processes, systems, and analytical capabilities Qualifications 12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance Proven experience leading finance in a complex, multi-division organization Strong expertise in financial planning, modeling, and performance management Demonstrated ability to influence C-level decision-making Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred Show more Show less
