ServiceNow QA/Test Analyst – CMDB | Remote

100% Remote $50-$55/hr W2 Contract Through August 2026 (Strong Extension Potential) Overview We are seeking a ServiceNow QA/Test Analyst with experience supporting CMDB implementations and ServiceNow testing initiatives. This role will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies, validating CMDB data quality, and ensuring successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions. Responsibilities Support QA/Test Lead with overall test strategy planning Design, execute, and document test cases and test results Perform functional, integration, and data testing Validate ServiceNow CMDB workflows and integrations Review legacy data sources and Configuration Items (CIs) Verify data quality, completeness, and accuracy Translate business and workflow requirements into test scenarios Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Collaborate with Agile teams throughout the project lifecycle Required Qualifications Experience in Quality Assurance and Test Management Experience creating and executing test cases User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience ServiceNow platform experience Strong analytical and documentation skills Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow CMDB experience Configuration Item (CI) management experience Agile methodologies Data validation and integration testing experience Education Bachelor's Degree Required Additional Information 100% Remote Full-time (40 hours/week) Fast-paced environment Ability to ramp up quickly Contract with strong extension potential Interested candidates should submit an updated resume, work authorization status, and expected W2 rate.
