This full-time position requires flexibility to work either Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat with varying hours between 08:00am and 09:00pm. The role involves conducting assessments, providing crisis intervention, and facilitating therapeutic groups. Requirements Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments and mental health evaluations. Provide individual, couples, group, and family counseling. Screen for mental health and substance use for various age groups. Offer crisis intervention and stabilize situations as needed. Maintain accurate and timely client records in compliance with regulations. Serve as a liaison to community agencies and organizations. Design and facilitate therapeutic groups based on client needs.
