Software Engineer (Backend)

Overview Jalaran is hiring a skilled Software Engineer (Backend) to join our development team. You’ll focus on building and maintaining the server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness for our CRM platform. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for our CRM platform. Optimize application performance and scalability to support a growing user base. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring seamless functionality. Implement security measures and best practices to protect user data. Work closely with the product team to translate requirements into technical solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Backend Developer or Software Engineer. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Node.js, Java, or Ruby. Strong knowledge of database systems like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Experience with RESTful API development and integration. Understanding of version control systems like Git.
