Software Engineer (Backend)

Job Title: Software Engineer (Golang Backend) Experience : 3-5 Years Location: Fremont, CA – 100% Onsite (5 Days/Week) Interview: In-Person Interview Required Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang . Build high-performance distributed systems capable of handling large-scale workloads. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise applications. Design and implement event-driven architectures using Kafka and messaging technologies. Develop scalable backend services utilizing gRPC for high-performance communication. Optimize system performance, scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance. Integrate backend services with MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, and other data storage technologies. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes. Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical design sessions. Contribute to CI/CD processes and software quality improvements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 3–5 years of professional backend software development experience. Strong programming experience in Golang . Candidates with strong Java, C#, or C++ backend experience and distributed systems expertise are also considered. Extensive experience designing and developing distributed systems. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, concurrency, and scalable system design. Experience working in Agile development environments.
