Founded 2025 :25 people (11 engineers) Industry: FinTech / Insurance The Role Own and build the core technical infrastructure of an AI-native insurance platform. You deploy to production on day one, take full responsibility for your code, and operate with extreme ownership from the start. This is not a role where you wait for a spec — you create it, figure it out, and build it. From month one you are expected to be agentic and self-directing, with a path to a technical leadership role within about a year.
