Software Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role Develop backend services and enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, and related technologies. Participate in application analysis, design, coding, testing, maintenance, enhancement, and production support activities. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, developers, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality software solutions. Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Manage source code and participate in code reviews and branch management activities using Git. Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and technical issues. What You'll Need Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 7 years of hands-on experience with Java, Object-Oriented Programming, Spring Boot, J2EE, and related backend development frameworks. 7 years of experience using Maven or similar build and dependency management tools. 5 years of experience using Git version control systems. 5 years of experience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments. What's On Offer Competitive hourly rate of $65 - $68.
