Solutions Architect

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Solutions Architect (ServiceNow) to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. This role is an exciting opportunity to lead enterprise-level architecture within a modern ServiceNow environment, influencing platform strategy, integrations, and business transformation. You will design scalable solutions, guide governance, and partner with leadership to align IT capabilities with evolving business goals. This position offers high visibility and the ability to shape a future-state architecture roadmap across the enterprise. Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of enterprise architecture solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including integrations and core modules Analyze business drivers, IT environments, and industry trends to recommend strategic improvements and future-state roadmaps Define and enforce architectural standards, governance frameworks, and compliance across projects and teams Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to align solutions with enterprise architecture and project goals Document architecture designs, evaluate technologies, and support organizational impact and change initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience across multiple IT disciplines (e.g., architecture, development, networking, databases, operations) Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform components including CMDB, integrations, security, and release management 3+ years of experience in solution architecture, with proven leadership in enterprise technology initiatives Demonstrated ability to design and deliver complex, cross-domain architecture solutions (business, application, data, infrastructure) Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience engaging executives and cross-functional teams Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills in fast-paced, enterprise environments Show more Show less
