This is a rare opportunity to step into a true architecture leadership role where you’ll influence platform strategy, solution architecture, cloud modernization, integrations, and future-state servicing capabilities across an international ecosystem. The organization is replacing legacy servicing technology with a modern cloud native architecture designed for scalability, flexibility, and long-term growth. What You’ll Be Doing Define and drive target state architecture for a modern servicing platform Partner with business and technology leaders to translate requirements into scalable solutions Lead architecture strategy around APIs, integrations, microservices, cloud infrastructure, and event-driven systems Evaluate servicing technologies and platform capabilities Support modernization initiatives involving automation, analytics, and AI Guide architectural governance, standards, and technical roadmaps Collaborate across product, engineering, operations, and business teams globally Help architect highly transactional, enterprise-scale systems with security, scalability, and resiliency in mind What They’re Looking For 10+ years of architecture and enterprise software experience Strong background within loan servicing, consumer lending, or related financial platforms Experience architecting large-scale distributed systems from concept through delivery Strong cloud architecture knowledge (AWS and/or Azure) Experience with microservices, APIs, integrations, and event-driven architectures Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders Experience working closely with product, operations, and executive leadership Exposure to AI/LLM concepts and modern modernization strategies is a plus The Right Person The ideal candidate is someone who: Thinks strategically but can still go deep technically Understands how servicing platforms operate at scale Has led complex modernization or transformation initiatives Can influence cross functional teams without relying solely on authority Enjoys solving business problems through architecture and platform design
