LEAD GPU CLUSTER SOLUTION ARCHITECT | US REMOTE | UP TO $240,000 + BONUS + EQUITY Location: US remote — with travel to data center partner sites as and when Overview: We're supporting a publicly listed neocloud that designs, deploys, owns and operates dedicated GPU infrastructure for enterprise customers with purpose-built AI platforms. With over $1bn in signed customer contracts already this year and a footprint expanding across the US and Europe, the business is scaling its deployment team and hiring a Lead GPU Cluster Solution Architect to own the technical design behind every build. Own end-to-end cluster design from day one — real architectural ownership, not maintaining someone else's reference Work with the latest NVIDIA Blackwell-generation hardware at serious scale Join a listed business with real contracted revenue behind it — neocloud growth without the "will it survive" question Small, senior team scaling fast, with high visibility to leadership Fully remote across the US What you'll be doing: Designing GPU cluster configurations (compute, storage, networking) against NVIDIA Reference Architecture for each engagement Selecting network topology and fabric — InfiniBand, RoCE and high-speed Ethernet — to match each client's workload Designing connectivity: internet/VPN/firewall and dedicated protected optical circuits Owning the hot/cold sparing strategy that protects contracted SLAs Adapting designs to real-world site power, cooling and hardware lead-time constraints Partnering with deployment, supply chain and data centre ops to turn designs into buildable project plans Skills required: 7+ years in solutions architecture, network or systems engineering across GPU / HPC / large-scale compute Deep knowledge of NVIDIA Reference Architecture (HGX, NVL72) Hands-on InfiniBand, RoCE and high-speed Ethernet fabric design Experience designing sparing/spares strategies for mission-critical infrastructure Experience with high-speed shared storage (Weka, VAST, DDN) Nice to have: Experience designing for enterprise clients or neoclouds, not just internal infrastructure Familiarity with the NVIDIA NCP program and certification process Experience with capacity or sparing modeling tools Next steps: Interested?
