D365 CE Solutions Architect / Lead Functional Consultant - Contract Remote - US-Based Only. Jackson James is partnered with a prestigious MS Partner who are looking for a customer-facing Solutions Architect / Lead Functional Consultant to help deliver successful D365 CE and Power Platform transformations. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, solutions design, and delivery leadership capabilities Responsibilities Lead workshops to gather business requirements, understand pain points, and define solution outcomes. Design and document functional and solution architectures for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations. Oversee solution delivery, testing, and governance while supporting project scope, timelines, and budget management. Facilitate customer walkthroughs, UAT, training, hyper-care activities, and transition into ongoing support. Experience Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect, Lead Functional Consultant, or hybrid SA/Functional Lead. Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, and functional documentation. Experience leading customer-facing workshops, demonstrations, UAT sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities. Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and enterprise business transformation projects within a consulting or Microsoft Partner environment.
