Solution Architect – Data Centre Infrastructure (US Remote) Up to $220K base + 15–20% bonus + LTIs Remote (US) | 20% travel to data centres & client sites Permanent Role We’re partnering with a leading data centre infrastructure business scaling critical engineering capability across the US. They’re now hiring a Solution Architect to play a key role in designing and delivering complex, mission-critical infrastructure solutions across white space and grey space environments. This is a hands-on, technically deep role sitting at the intersection of electrical engineering, systems design, and OEM/vendor collaboration . What you’ll be doing Leading the design and architectural oversight of complex data centre infrastructure solutions Working across white space and grey space environments to ensure robust, scalable designs Reviewing and marking up electrical schematics and single-line diagrams (SLDs) Partnering closely with OEMs, vendors, and engineering teams to drive technical delivery Translating complex engineering outputs into clear, actionable insight for stakeholders Supporting delivery teams across the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects What we’re looking for 5+ years’ experience in data centre infrastructure, electrical engineering, or systems engineering Strong understanding of white space / grey space environments Confident reading, interpreting, and marking up electrical schematics / SLDs Experience working directly with OEMs and infrastructure vendors Strong systems engineering mindset with end-to-end design exposure Ability to travel ~20% across US data centre and client sites Soft skills that matter Strong communicator who can simplify complex technical detail for stakeholders Comfortable engaging with OEMs, engineers, and senior technical teams Structured, detail-focused problem solver Collaborative approach in fast-paced, delivery-led environments Why this role?
