Solutions Architect

We are hiring a Salesforce Solution Architect (Agentforce) for one of our consulting clients. This person will work across two projects in the manufacturing industry. The contract is 40 hours/week, remote (US based), working EST hours. Job Responsibilities include: Design, build, and implement Salesforce Agentforce solutions that leverage AI-powered agents to automate business processes and enhance user productivity. Successfully build and implement Salesforce solutions across a range of declarative and custom tools, tailoring them to diverse business needs. Configure Salesforce, including installation, setup of standard and custom objects, object relationships, field types, validation rules, and data integrity settings. Design, configure, and optimize Agentforce agents, topics, actions, prompts, and integrations to support customer service, sales, and operational use cases. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business processes that can be enhanced through Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities. Apply knowledge of the Salesforce sharing model, including role hierarchies, sharing rules, and record-level access controls, to maintain secure and efficient data sharing. Design user-centric experiences using Lightning pages, Dynamic Forms, Screen Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), advising when custom development is appropriate. Coordinate Salesforce deployments and manage sandbox environments, ensuring smooth, timely releases using change sets and DevOps tools. Provide guidance on Salesforce governor limits, platform best practices, scalability, and AI governance. Document technical approaches, solution architecture, integration designs, and implementation best practices. Develop technical documentation, including specifications, process diagrams, and data mappings. Experience needed: Significant business process and Salesforce consulting experience. 5+ years of Salesforce CRM implementation and solution architecture experience. Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Agentforce, including AI agents, Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, AI-powered workflows, and related Salesforce AI capabilities. Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and/or Salesforce AI products is highly preferred. Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate Salesforce with external systems. Strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools, including Flow, approval processes, and platform events. Understanding of basic UX principles. Demonstrated experience across multiple Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Experience with Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, or Field Service is a plus. Expertise in Lead-to-Order and/or Service business processes, with the ability to design scalable, AI-enabled solutions. Understanding of Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs is preferred. Salesforce AI Specialist, Agentforce Specialist, Application Architect, or System Architect certifications are highly desirable.
