Global, VC-backed AI Field Service Management (FSM) company is currently hiring a hands-on Solution Architect to work remotely across the US or Canada. This role involves working with enterprise customers and helping deliver innovative, large-scale transformation projects. Key responsibilities: Design highly customized FSM systems for enterprise clients Build complex, workflow-driven systems to streamline operations Partner with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation They’re looking for someone with: Strong architecture experience in enterprise environments Expertise in designing workflow-based systems and delivery FSM or related industry experience A proactive, hands-on approach in agile environments Excellent accelerated career growth potential while working with highly innovative GenAI products.
