Based in Amsterdam, you will be responsible for managing the operational processes that enable the resale of pre-owned vehicles, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across departments.   Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Used Cars & Trade-In Operations</li> </ul> <ul> <ul> <li>Support the intake, evaluation, and resale of trade-in and used vehicles.</li> <li>Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal policies.</li> </ul> </ul>   <ul> <li>Online Vehicle Publishing & Listings</li> </ul> <ul> <ul> <li>Create and manage vehicle listings on internal and third-party platforms.</li> <li>Ensure all listings are accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with Lucid’s brand standards.</li> </ul> </ul>   <ul> <li>Salesforce (SFDC) Data Management</li> </ul> <ul> <ul> <li>Record and maintain detailed vehicle and transaction data in SFDC.</li> <li>Ensure data accuracy and support reporting and analytics needs.</li> </ul> </ul>   <ul> <li>Vendor Creation & Management</li> </ul> <ul> <ul> <li>Coordinate the onboarding of new vendors in collaboration with the Procurement team.</li> <li>Maintain up-to-date vendor records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.</li> </ul> </ul>   <ul> <li>Purchase Order (PO) Management</li> </ul> <ul> <ul> <li>Request and track POs for remarketing-related services and transactions.</li> <li>Collaborate with Procurement to ensure timely processing and reconciliation.</li> </ul> </ul>   <ul> <li>Coordination & Transport</li> </ul> <ul> <ul> <li>Organize and monitor the transport of vehicles between locations, vendors, and customers.</li> <li>Ensure timely delivery and proper documentation throughout the logistics process.</li> </ul> </ul>   <ul> <li>Cross-Functional Collaboration</li> </ul> <ul> <ul> <li>Work closely with Service, Sales Operations, Procurement, Marketing, and Finance teams to align on Remarketing strategies and execution.</li> <li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.</li> </ul> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in business, Automotive Management, Operations, or a related field.</li> <li>3+ years of experience in automotive operations, remarketing, or sales support.</li> <li>Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and Microsoft Office Suite.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Fluent in English; Dutch or other European languages are a plus.</li> </ul> </div> <div> </div> <div> Lucid Motors is committed to maintaining a safe and trustworthy environment.
