Sr. Business Development Manager

4+ years of hands-on experience working with the MERN stack in a product environment Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern React patterns Experience building RESTful APIs and handling complex data flows Solid understanding of database design, performance optimization, and scalability Familiarity with SaaS architectures, authentication, and role-based access systems Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows A product mindset- caring about usability, performance, and real user impact Experience working on multi-tenant SaaS products Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar) Knowledge of testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines Experience improving legacy codebases or refactoring for scale
