Responsibilities Serve as a technical subject matter expert, mentoring and supporting Cloud Operations team members across cloud infrastructure and automation practices. Partner with Cloud Operations leadership to define and prioritize backlog items that align with business objectives and technology strategy. Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and AWS automation tools such as AWS Systems Manager. Oversee cloud resource and cost management by reviewing infrastructure utilization and identifying opportunities for optimization. Partner with security teams to maintain cloud security posture, address vulnerabilities, manage certificates, support audit logging, and improve access management processes. Manage monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions across infrastructure, endpoints, and user access environments. Promote Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices through automation, infrastructure provisioning, platform upgrades, monitoring, and security improvements. Collaborate with development teams to support CI/CD pipelines, source code management, and secure deployment practices. Support business continuity initiatives, including disaster recovery exercises, backup/recovery processes, and non-production environment refresh activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 5+ years of experience in cloud operations, cloud engineering, or a similar role. Experience planning, designing, and implementing large-scale technology deployments. Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Azure DevOps. Experience with cloud automation/orchestration tools, preferably AWS Systems Manager. Strong scripting experience with PowerShell and/or Bash. Experience leading teams or initiatives within an Agile/Scrum environment. Experience with AWS CDK or CloudFormation is preferred. Category Code: JN008 Seniority Level: Mid-Senior
