Sr. Full Stack Developer

Role: Sr. Full Stack Developer Location: : Morrisville, NC US Onsite Salary : : $64K-$125K/Annum Position Type: Fulltime Permanent – FTE About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Full Stack Developer with 6+ year of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will contribute to designing, developing and optimizing business process automation solutions and data driven solutions, leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies and modern containerization practices to build scalable and resilient applications. Responsibilities · Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications using Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, and Next.js. · Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs with a focus on performance, security, and reliability. · Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks and component-based architecture. · Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, Security, and Engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. · Integrate third-party services such as authentication, payments, analytics, and internal microservices. · Implement application monitoring, logging, metrics, and troubleshooting for production support. · Perform code reviews, automated testing, and follow CI/CD best practices. · Optimize application performance, scalability, and user experience, including Core Web Vitals improvements. · Refactor and improve existing codebases to reduce technical debt and enhance maintainability. · Participate in incident management, debugging, and operational support activities Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. · 4–8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development. · Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, and Next.js. · Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and backend services. · Proficiency in frontend development using modern JavaScript frameworks and component-based architecture. · Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, data modeling, and query optimization. · Good understanding of software design principles, security, scalability, and performance optimization. · Experience with Git, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD practices. · Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices architecture is preferred. · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. · Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments Show more Show less
