In Lucid Air and Lucid Gravity, we have designed and built vehicles that have redefined their segments, combining exceptional range, performance, design, and expansive space in a single experience.  We achieve this through deep vertical integration, with design, engineering, and production happening in-house across our global offices and manufacturing facilities. Our teams come from industries around the world, united by a shared commitment to excellence. By refusing to settle, you can help redefine what's possible and shape the future of mobility.</div>Role Overview The Senior Global Supply Manager (GSM) for Electronics Components will be responsible for owning, maintaining, and reporting-on commercial and supply chain data (ordering, forecasts, pricing, indices, trends) and create tools to and processes to optimize pricing and ordering.   You Will: <ul> <li>Own, maintain, and report-on core datasets: demand forecasts, supplier orders, pricing, indexes, trends</li> <li>Develop and maintain tools and processes/automations to optimize EE components purchasing, reduce costs and improve supplier performance.</li> <li>Maintain clear progress trackers and process documentation to ensure the full organization can benefit from the reports and models</li> <li>Track internal and external cost impacts from suppliers and engineering change requests</li> <li>Conduct regular market analyses to identify industry trends and support index-based price negotiations</li> </ul>   You Bring: <ul> <li>5+ years minimum work experience: Data Science, Business, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Engineering.</li> <ul> <li>Prefer: Experience with PCBAs or electronics purchasing</li> <li>Prefer: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Supply-Chain or Finance</li> </ul> <li>The ability to adapt, improvise, and solve problems, as well as work independently on multiple tasks or projects. </li> <li>Strong written and verbal skills as well as organizational and program management capabilities. </li> <li>Proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, Tableau JIRA, Confluence, ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)</li> <ul> <li>Prefer: Experience with automation tools: Python, SQL, dashboards</li> </ul> <li>Ability to mitigate unforeseen problems creatively and effectively. </li> <li>Pluses: highly organized and detail-oriented and strong note-taker with good documentation</li> </ul> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div>At Lucid, we don't just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
