Their platform helps manufacturers capture expert knowledge and turn it into AI-powered workflows that enable engineering, sales, and operations teams to make faster, more accurate technical decisions. We're hiring a Staff Frontend Engineer to help build the core product experience for a rapidly growing enterprise platform. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role where you'll work alongside Product, Design, and Engineering to build intuitive, performant interfaces while influencing frontend architecture, engineering standards, and the future direction of the product. What You'll Do Build and own complex frontend features using React and TypeScript Partner closely with Product and Design to turn ambiguous requirements into polished, production-ready features Design and influence frontend architecture, engineering standards, testing, and performance Build AI-powered interfaces including chat experiences, streaming responses, and intelligent workflows Mentor engineers through technical leadership while remaining a hands-on contributor What We're Looking For Experience building interactive browser applications using WebGL, Three.js, Babylon.js, or similar 3D rendering technologies, including navigation patterns such as graph traversal, spatial zoom/pan, scene hierarchy, or other complex visual environments 7+ years of frontend or full-stack software engineering experience with expert-level React and TypeScript Experience building large-scale, production web applications with a strong focus on performance, accessibility, and frontend architecture Experience building AI-powered products or highly interactive enterprise applications in fast-moving startup environments Experience with modern frontend tooling including React Query, Zustand, Storybook, Playwright, or similar technologies Work Style: Hybrid (Austin, TX) — 3 days onsite Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Meaningful Equity + 100% Employer-Paid Healthcare + 401(k) w/ 4% Match + Unlimited PTO + HSA Contribution + Disability Insurance PLEASE NOTE: Sponsorship cannot be provided for this role.
