The Staff Global Supply Manager manages <em class="Highlight hte8794f72-6344-4dbf-8760-bcd2604cffde">global sourcing</em> for all assigned commodities and work, supporting various vehicle systems, maintains the component timelines, and assists with purchasing throughout the company.</span> </p> <p><strong><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">You Will:</span></strong> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic suppliers of Vehicle Software, including infotainment system, ADAS system, Connectivity system </li> <li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable supply and continuous innovation in Vehicle Software and ADAS technologies. </li> <li>Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, resolving issues related to commercial, product quality, delivery, and performance. </li> <li>Drive cost competitiveness by negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve the best value without compromising quality or safety standards. </li> <li>Regularly analyze supplier performance and market trends to ensure costs remain competitive and aligned with market conditions. </li> <li>Develop and negotiate clear, comprehensive contracts with suppliers that define deliverables, timelines, payment terms, performance metrics, and penalties for non-compliance. </li> <li>Ensure that contracts include provisions for intellectual property, quality assurance, and compliance with regulatory requirements. </li> <li>Work with legal and procurement teams to review and finalize contracts and agreements. </li> <li>Provide timely and transparent updates to stakeholders on supplier performance, product availability, and project timelines. </li> <li>Proactively identify potential risks in the supply chain, including product delay, price volatility, and geopolitical factors. </li> <li>Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor supplier performance, including quality, delivery, cost, and innovation. </li> <li>Create RFQs, review, analyze, and clarify quotations from suppliers and develop sound sourcing and business recommendations balancing cost, quality, lead-time and technical considerations </li> <li>Handle PR, PO, licensee report , invoice</li> <li>Travel 15-25% to visit suppliers to perform business and program reviews </li> </ul> <p><strong>You Bring:</strong> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Finance discipline required; Masters preferred </li> <li>5+ years minimum Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Engineering experience with electronics; experience with Vehicle/ automotive SW preferred </li> <li>Experience with developing strategic partnerships with SW suppliers </li> <li>Significant experience with creating and managing contracts (e.g. GTC's, MSAs, ESOWs) </li> <li>Product launch experience preferred. </li> <li>Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise and problem solve, as well as work independently on multiple tasks or projects. </li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of resilience to deal with urgent requests, and minimal information. Works well with various teams. </li> <li>Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Passion for results, strategy, and hands on execution.
