System Administrator

Hiring for a Atlassian Certified Personnel Title: Systems Admin Location: Dallas, TX or Los Angeles Duration: 6 months C2H Pay rate: $42-44/hr Our client just completed their cloud migration last year and with that there is a higher need to add to this team. This person will support up to 1,200 users and will also be expected to participate in clean- up efforts. Day to Day: ● Triaging requests for workflow improvements and alterations ● Configuring and maintaining library of custom fields, workflows, and screens ● Meeting with business stakeholders to gather and reflect their design requirements ● Configuring and fine-tuning 3rd party plug-ins to extend functionality ● Creating and maintaining automation scripts ● Modifying user groups ● Maintaining secure permissions across all projects and spaces ● Interacting with users across multiple time zones including: Japan, USA, Latin America, France, Germany, Moldova Must Haves: Strong experience administering Jira Cloud (strong Cloud experience is sufficient; Server/Data Center not required). Atlassian certification is a mandatory requirement. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong understanding of workflows, automation, configurations, and system architecture. Experience supporting environments with 500–1,500+ users.
