System Administrator

Our client is hiring for a Systems Administrator to support the firm’s financial and practice management platform, Elite 3E. This role is responsible for the administration, maintenance, optimization, and support of the 3E environment, including integrations, reporting, troubleshooting, and collaboration with accounting, finance, and business operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting Elite 3E in a law firm or professional services environment, along with solid SQL and application administration skills. Job Title: Systems Administrator Location: remote-US Qualifications 3+ years of experience administering or supporting Elite 3E in a law firm or professional services environment. Strong understanding of legal finance operations, including billing, accounting, and matter management workflows. Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including writing and troubleshooting SQL queries. Experience managing application security, user provisioning, and system configurations. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities Administer, maintain, and support the Elite 3E application environment, including user access, security, configuration, and system performance. Serve as the primary point of contact for 3E-related support issues, troubleshooting application, integration, and data problems. Manage upgrades, patches, testing, and deployments for 3E and related applications. Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Billing, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements. Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, and data extracts to support business operations and reporting needs. Monitor system health, performance, and integrations with third-party applications. Support user onboarding, training, and documentation for 3E processes and functionality. Assist with audit, compliance, and security requirements related to financial systems.
