Technical Support Tech I Location: Fairless Hills, PA (Onsite) Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension & Contract-to-Hire) We are hiring Technical Support Tech I professionals for a leading Client supporting a large-scale data center infrastructure project in Fairless Hills, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in data centers, structured cabling, low-voltage installation, fiber optics, telecom, construction, warehouse operations, manufacturing, or logistics who are looking to grow their careers in a fast-paced technical environment. Responsibilities Install AI server racks and associated infrastructure cabling. Pull, route, and terminate fiber and copper cables. Follow work instructions, diagrams, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Document completed work using laptop-based ticketing and inventory systems. Work safely in a team-oriented data center environment. Maintain quality and safety standards while meeting project deadlines. Required Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in one or more of the following: Data Centers Structured Cabling Low-Voltage Installation Telecom Construction Warehouse Manufacturing Logistics Experience pulling and running cables in structured environments. Fiber optic or inside plant telecom experience is highly preferred. Security camera or access control cabling experience will also be considered. Basic understanding of Layer 1 infrastructure, including fiber and copper cabling. Comfortable using a laptop for documentation and ticketing. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements Lift up to 35 lbs individually and assist with heavier equipment as part of a team. Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders for extended periods. Work in construction zones, elevated areas, confined spaces, and varying temperatures. Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Must provide your own over-the-ankle leather composite toe work boots (steel toe boots are not permitted). Work Schedule Candidates must be flexible to work either of the following shifts: Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Monday–Friday 8-hour daytime shift (Exact hours to be confirmed) If you have experience with structured cabling, fiber optics, telecom, data centers, rack-and-stack, low-voltage installation, or related technical work, we'd like to hear from you.
