Technical Support Specialist

Job Title: Technical Support Representative (GovCon – Remote, Contract-to-Hire) Overview: Hiring Technical Support Candidates for a remote-first government contracting program supporting a DOT initiative. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity. Candidates will remote technical support, assisting users with applications, requests, and basic technical inquiries. Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls and emails Assist users with application submissions, account issues, and general inquiries Provide guidance on technical-related issues Track and report activity using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel Deliver strong customer service while adhering to federal program guidelines Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust (must have lived in U.S. last 3 years) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience Ability to work independently in a remote environment Details: Remote ( eligible states: VA, MD, DC, NJ, NC, FL, TX, OH, UT, SC, GA, MI, CT, AZ) Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM ET Contract-to-hire (6 months) Start contingent on Public Trust clearance approval The salary range for this position is $23/hr.
