Job Title: Charcuterie Artist (Full-Time, Evenings Only) Schedule: Evening Shifts Only | Full-Time Availability Required Location: Embers Wine & Charcuterie Start Date: Immediate Hire Job Description: We?re seeking a creative, detail-oriented Charcuterie Artist to join our team full-time. This evening-only position is perfect for someone with a strong eye for presentation and a passion for food styling. You?ll be responsible for preparing and assembling beautiful, well-balanced charcuterie boards that reflect both quality and artistry. Responsibilities: * Assemble charcuterie boards with precision, creativity, and consistency * Handle and prepare meats, cheeses, fruits, and accompaniments safely and hygienically * Maintain proper stock rotation and inventory of perishable items * Ensure all boards meet visual and portioning standards * Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary prep space * Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams Requirements: * Prior experience in food prep, catering, or charcuterie design is a plus * Must be available for evening shifts only, full-time schedule * High attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Perks: * Creative, hands-on work environment * Opportunity to showcase artistic food presentation * Team-oriented culture and supportive leadership If you take pride in your plating and love working with quality ingredients, we?d love to meet you.
