VFX project manager

FUNCTION: Working within timelines while ensuring client satisfaction and company profit targets are being met. Acts as product specialist to sales / design teams and management staff as required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES: * Act as an integral member of the sales and management teams for new and existing accounts / clients. * Obtain all relevant information by attending client / consultant meetings or solicit information as required from the client to maintain awareness of project parameters, schedule. * Organize and prioritize requests along with sales for action and response to clients. * Identify out of scope requests and obtain approvals prior to proceeding for design charges / additional charges (CCN Form). * Conduct site measures / inventories and translate information for accurate specifications. * Conduct thorough review of all specifications, plans, site conditions, and orders to ensure client needs are met. * Actively minimize issues on site, deficiencies, etc. to ensure client satisfaction and the Company?s profit margins / objectives. * Responsible and accountable for communicating to the client for all projects identified. * Conduct all necessary coordination meetings both internally and externally to ensure project success. * Adjust team efforts and communicate accordingly any changes that may arise due to schedule / scope changes. * Conduct site visits along with Pro Office General Manager/ Installation Coordinator to supervise installation as required and be available afterhours on site/ via cell phone providing clarification to installers promptly for successful completion. * For large and/or complex projects, coordinate, attend, and document post installation walk throughs to identify deficiencies. * Working with sales, expedite, and provide status to the client on resolutions of deficiencies. * Vet/ Review product application presented by designers to ensure best solution to meet client request. * Maintain detailed file throughout project, and close out project documentation in a timely fashion. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year Work Location: On the road
