Ref #: NU-72941 NU Advisory Partners has been retained to lead the search for a Vice President, Enterprise Transformation for a global, multi-billion-dollar healthcare products company. This leader will own the enterprise transformation agenda end to end, harnessing AI and digital technology to modernize core business processes and converting change into durable productivity and margin gains. The role calls for a hands-on operator who can set the roadmap, mobilize senior executives, and deliver measurable results across a large, complex, international organization. Key Responsibilities Setting the Transformation Agenda Define the multi-year transformation strategy and translate it into a sequenced roadmap tied to the company's strategic and financial priorities Set clear success measures for each initiative and hold the portfolio accountable for quantifiable margin and productivity outcomes Bring an outside-in perspective, drawing on benchmarking and emerging best practices to shape where the enterprise invests in change Scaling AI Across the Business Turn the company's AI ambitions into adopted, everyday ways of working, focusing on business process change and workforce enablement rather than technology development Design education and upskilling programs, in concert with HR and functional leaders, that prepare employees at every level to work effectively with AI tools Establish adoption standards and guardrails so new capabilities scale responsibly and within enterprise governance frameworks Process Improvement & Business Performance Build a pipeline of cross-functional improvement opportunities spanning commercial, supply chain, and product operations, and see them through to realized value Embed structured problem-solving disciplines such as Lean and Six Sigma into how every function improves its work Apply process rigor to both revenue-generating and back-office activities, shortening cycle times and raising quality and customer satisfaction while lowering cost to serve Global Shared Services Oversight Hold executive accountability for a large international network of shared services centers spanning finance, human resources, and technology, with senior center leadership reporting into the role Re-engineer back-office operations through automation and AI, raising service levels while reducing cost Develop center leaders and build a culture of operational excellence across a distributed global footprint Program Delivery & Governance Stand up the governance, prioritization, and benefits-tracking mechanisms that keep a complex initiative portfolio on schedule and on value Grow a high-performing program and project management organization, and intervene early when initiatives drift on risk, budget, or timeline Keep transformation spending disciplined, managing budgets and investment cases across the full portfolio while meeting regulatory and internal compliance standards Change Leadership & Executive Partnership Bring senior executives along as active sponsors of change, aligning priorities, funding, and accountability across functions and regions Communicate progress candidly to leadership and the broader organization, translating complex programs into clear, decision-ready updates Model the change mindset personally, helping teams embrace different ways of operating Qualifications & Experience 15+ years of senior experience leading enterprise-wide transformation and continuous improvement at global companies generating several billion dollars or more in revenue A record of AI- and technology-enabled programs that produced verifiable gains in cost, productivity, or revenue An execution-first profile: someone who has personally owned delivery outcomes, not served purely in strategy or advisory capacities Deep grounding in Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable methodologies applied at enterprise scale; Black Belt, Master Black Belt, or PMP certification is a plus Experience building and leading global teams and program management organizations with accountability for benefits realization Experience directing shared services or global capability center operations is a plus Fluency with modern digital platforms, automation, and data-informed management Presence and credibility to influence C-level executives across functions and geographies Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred On-site presence at a U.S. office required How to Apply: Submit your resume Our team will review your application If your experience aligns with the role, we'll reach out to discuss the opportunity further Even if this role isn't the perfect match, we'll add you to our talent network for future opportunities At NU Advisory Partners, we're committed to identifying and placing exceptional leaders in roles where they can drive meaningful impact.
