This executive leader will own the company's brand strategy, marketing vision, and communications function while serving as the senior voice of marketing across the enterprise. The ideal candidate comes from a large, highly recognizable brand and understands how to scale, protect, and evolve a brand while delivering measurable business impact. This individual will oversee integrated marketing, communications, pursuits, and brand teams, partnering closely with executive leadership to strengthen market positioning, enhance client experience, and support organizational growth. Day-to-Day: • Own and evolve enterprise brand strategy and long-term brand architecture • Serve as the chief steward of the company brand across all client and employee touchpoints • Lead integrated marketing, communications, and pursuit strategy • Oversee communications including PR, media relations, executive communications, internal communications, and crisis management • Direct thought leadership, content, advertising, and campaign strategy • Elevate proposal, pursuit, and presentation materials to strengthen win rates • Partner with business development and operations teams to improve client experience • Advise executive leadership on market positioning and brand investment decisions • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks that tie marketing efforts to business growth • Lead, coach, and develop a large multi-functional marketing organization • Manage overall marketing budget, resources, and strategic priorities
