Role Overview Provide virtual primary care through telehealth modalities, including video visits, telephonic triage, and email follow-ups. Collaborate with virtual and in-office team members via daily huddles and participate in ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds. Utilize clinical training to deliver exceptional evidence-based care, adaptable to patient needs. Maintain licensure in required states and be willing to obtain additional licenses as needed. Responsibilities Treat patients remotely, ensuring quality care and patient satisfaction Engage in continuous professional development and team collaboration Navigate uncertain situations confidently and adapt care approaches accordingly Qualifications & Skills Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program and active NCCPA certification At least 2 years of outpatient primary care or urgent/emergency medicine experience in the past 5 years Current CA license with ability to obtain additional state licenses Excellent clinical, communication, and technology skills Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends Key Attributes Passion for human-centered primary care Effective communication across diverse backgrounds Team-oriented mindset and openness to feedback Ability to handle uncertain situations and adapt quickly
