VP of Product Analytics | $300,000–$400,000 Base | Remote (US, Pacific Time Preferred) We're partnering with a high-growth, AI-native SaaS company to hire a VP of Product Analytics. This is a genuine build opportunity, not a maintenance role. You'll define how analytics drives product strategy, AI innovation, and business growth at one of the most exciting companies in the market. The Opportunity Reporting directly to the COO with a dotted line to the CEO, you'll own the vision for product analytics across the business. You'll unify product, business, and marketing analytics into a single operating model that enables faster, smarter decision-making across the organisation. This is a highly strategic leadership role where your work will directly influence product direction, AI initiatives, customer experience, and commercial growth. The team is lean today, so success comes from building scalable systems, processes, and insights rather than simply growing headcount. What You'll Do • Build and lead a world-class Product Analytics function from the ground up • Unify fragmented analytics across product, business, and marketing • Design scalable data models, instrumentation, tooling, and experimentation frameworks • Transform the organisation from reactive reporting to proactive, insight-driven decision making • Partner closely with the CEO, COO, and executive leadership to answer high-impact strategic questions • Build and develop a high-performing analytics team over time • Create a long-term analytics vision that supports product innovation, AI capabilities, and company growth What We're Looking For • Extensive experience leading Product Analytics within a high-growth SaaS, AI, consumer technology, or e-commerce business • Strong expertise in experimentation, product analytics, instrumentation, data modelling, and self-service analytics • Comfortable remaining hands-on while operating at executive level • At least 2 years as a VP of Analytics (or equivalent), or significant Director-level leadership experience in a rapidly scaling organisation • Experience supporting products used by tens of millions of customers is highly desirable • A builder's mindset with high ownership, pace, and accountability The Package • $300,000–$400,000 base salary • Equity through ISOs • Fully remote within the continental US • Pacific Time working hours preferred • Join a Series C AI-native SaaS company with more than 1,000 employees • Immediate start available If you're passionate about building the analytics function that shapes the future of AI-powered products, I'd love to speak with you.
