About Us: Indian Fusion is a thriving restaurant located in North Vancouver. We take pride in providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. We are a very busy restaurant with takeout, delivery and dine-in. Working as a team, we take pride in having such consistent service with such high number of orders in a small restaurant. What We Are Looking For: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service during the night hours, working as a team with other servers and the kitchen, as well as completing tasks such as takeout orders, online and 3rd party applications. As a Night Shift Server, you will assist in providing a memorable dining experience for our patrons. Side work is also required, but also done as a group to ensure equal co-operation. Our shifts are night/evening shifts starting at 5pm.* *unless specified Duties: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Assist with online and takeout orders as well as 3rd party applications as needed* - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service - Assist customers with orders and being able to work in a small area - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints -Completing side tasks at the end of the night Requirements: - Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for cash handling and order totals - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Serving it Right completion -Reliability - Ability to work as a team, as there are no sections.
