Warehouse Associate Position: Warehouse Associate Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM ? 4:30 PM Compensation: $18.40 per hour to start Overtime: Paid after 44 hours worked per week Benefits: Available after 6 months of full-time employment About the Role We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, safety, and teamwork. The successful candidate will support daily warehouse operations including order picking and processing, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and loading and unloading trucks. Candidates must be willing to work overtime and weekends as required to meet business demands. Key Responsibilities * Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately using an RF scanner * Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently * Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments * Perform stock putaway and replenishment activities * Maintain accurate inventory records through proper inventory control procedures * Conduct cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies * Assist with shipping and receiving functions * Ensure products are stored correctly and warehouse locations are maintained * Follow all company safety policies and procedures * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment * Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity targets * Perform other warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications * Previous warehouse experience is an asset * Experience using RF scanning equipment is preferred * Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order picking processes * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Excellent communication and organizational skills Physical Requirements * Ability to safely lift and carry up to 40 lbs * Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift * Comfortable working in a warehouse environment * Ability to perform physically demanding work on a consistent basis What We Offer * Starting wage of $18.40 per hour * Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM ? 4:30 PM) * Overtime pay after 44 hours worked per week * Benefits package after 6 months of full-time employment * Stable, year-round employment * Supportive team environment If you know a motivated individual with a positive attitude and a commitment to safety and quality, we would like to hear from them.
