Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities. Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility. Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services. Prepare and administer sales contracts. Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff. Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal. Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment. Organize and maintain inventory. Plan and manage budgets. Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
