As we modernize our retail operations, we?re looking for a passionate, knowledgeable sales associate to join our team and help customers find the right vitamins & supplements for their goals. Responsibilities: * Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and supplement guidance. * Educate customers on the benefits and uses of vitamins, minerals, and natural health products. * Support in-store sales targets through proactive engagement and anticipating customer needs. * Maintain store cleanliness, inventory organization, and product displays. * Operate the POS system and handle cash or card transactions accurately. * Stay informed about new products, promotions, and health trends. Qualifications: * Experience working in health, fitness, supplements, natropathy industry * Knowledge of vitamins, minerals, and natural health products. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn. * Able to work weekends Bonus: * Background in kinesiology, naturopathy, nutrition, science, or health sciences. * Supplement certification or health experience.
