We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Part-Time Supplement Advisor to join our Vancouver (Davie) team. What You'll Be Doing As a Supplement Advisor, you'll become a trusted resource for our customers by: * Educating customers on supplements, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices. * Recommending products based on each customer's goals and needs. * Building lasting customer relationships through exceptional service. * Achieving and exceeding individual and store sales goals. * Maintaining outstanding merchandising and store presentation. * Receiving and organizing inventory shipments. * Assisting with cycle counts and inventory accuracy. * Supporting online order fulfillment and daily store operations. * Contributing to a positive, energetic, and team-oriented culture. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who brings both experience and personality to the team. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of Canadian retail sales experience. * Legally authorized to work in Canada. * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. * Confident engaging customers and starting conversations. * Sales-driven with a passion for delivering results. * Reliable, punctual, and accountable. * Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Bonus Points If You Have * Experience using nutritional supplements yourself. * A passion for fitness, bodybuilding, strength training, running, sports, or overall wellness. * Experience in supplement, nutrition, specialty retail, or commission-based sales. * Personal training, nutrition, kinesiology, or fitness certifications. * Strong knowledge of sports nutrition brands and ingredients.
