Team members work in a specialized, compliance-focused environment that emphasizes technical excellence and practical solutions for clients. Role Description The Web Designer will. Produce a current sitemap of the live site and flag orphaned/duplicate pages. Configure and verify periodic automated backups using Jetpack, including a test restore Audit the site for broken links and fix them. Review site security (Wordfence configuration, user permissions, login security, update status) and provide written, prioritized recommendations. Identify and resolve plugin conflicts. On our staging/sandbox site: remove links and disable flagged custom code for isolated testing Install, configure, and sandbox-test the LifterLMS plugin (and confirm compatibility with our existing theme and plugins). Qualifications 5+ years hands-on WordPress experience, including live production sites Working knowledge of Wordfence or comparable WordPress security tools Experience with Jetpack (or equivalent) backup configuration and restore testing LMS plugin experience (LifterLMS, LearnDash, or similar) strongly preferred Comfortable diagnosing plugin/theme conflicts without introducing new custom code Familiar with staging/sandbox-first workflows. Nothing goes to production without approval Clear, responsive written communication; able to document what was done and why. A Must - References or a portfolio of comparable maintenance/security work.
