Seeking an experienced Software Engineer with a strong background in web application development and experience in Python. This role will focus on building and scaling the next generation of computer-use agents by enhancing our application simulation pipeline used for training and evaluation. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI agent research and collaborate with leading researchers. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and scale web-based applications within a simulation framework Expand and optimize app simulation pipelines for AI agent training and evaluation Collaborate closely with research teams to design and implement new application features Contribute to the infrastructure supporting advanced AI systems Participate in occasional onsite planning and design sessions Required Skills Strong proficiency in Python, including data pipeline management Solid experience in web development with a Python-based backend Demonstrated ability to build and scale web applications Interest or experience in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, or AI agents Experience working in a research or experimental development environment Strong design sensibility with the ability to build intuitive and visually appealing applications Portfolio of end-to-end applications with publicly available code Team & Project Overview Work on the OpenApps research ecosystem in collaboration with FAIR researchers Be part of a team focused on advancing secure and reliable AI agents Contribute to a new initiative centered on computer-use agents Must-Have Skills: Python Web Development UI/Graphic Design fundamentals Nice-to-Have Skills: Familiarity with AI technologies Show more Show less
