Strong Angular — Angular 14+ (17+ preferred), TypeScript, RxJS, component lifecycle, forms, accessibility. MSSQL or PostgreSQL with Django — knows when to use select_related vs prefetch_related, knows how migrations should be structured for a regulated environment. Solid testing discipline — pytest, Playwright, Testcontainers; you write tests because they make your code right, not because someone is making you. Git fluency — good commit messages, atomic PRs, clean rebases when needed, no force-push to shared branches. AI-assisted development — you have used Claude Code or similar on production work. You can articulate when AI helps vs. when it hurts. Comfort with regulated environments — even if you don't have direct GxP experience, you have shipped code in environments with formal audit, change-control, or compliance requirements (HIPAA, SOX, PCI, ISO 27001) and understand why the gates exist.
