Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a shop and Field Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling Steel structures and equipment through the use of welding techniques. This is a hands-on position that requires precision and attention to detail. Duties: - Perform welding tasks according to specifications and blueprints - Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment - Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and weld metal components - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings - Conduct quality inspections to ensure welds meet industry standards - Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition Experience: To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications: - Proven experience in welding, preferably with ironworking and similar metal fabrication - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of welding principles - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings - Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, plasma cutting equipment, calipers, etc. - Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team If you are a skilled Welder looking for an opportunity to showcase your expertise in a dynamic work environment, we would love to hear from you.
