What You?ll Be Doing * Drafting wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents using Estateably, and Teraview. * Managing probate applications, estate administration, and related client communications. * Working closely with lawyers and clients to ensure smooth and compassionate handling of sensitive matters. * Balancing multiple priorities with precision, professionalism, and care. What We?re Looking For * A graduate of an Ontario Law Clerk program (ILCO certified). * 5+ years of experience in Wills and Estates law. * Tech-savvy and proficient with Estateably, and Teraview. * A natural communicator ? professional, empathetic, and client-focused. * Organized, proactive, and adaptable ? you thrive in a fast-paced setting.
