Job Summary A Ranger lead is a highly skilled trusted and empowered Ranger. Having deep knowledge on the supported products skilled in coaching and innovative they are expected to help drive continuous business improvements and help develop smart and empowered Rangers while being ambassadors of the Microsoft Culture and Values. Being highly skilled they represent not only a source of support and truth for the Rangers but also trusted testers and collaborators of the engineering teams participatin Responsibilities Ranger team administration includes coordinating Ranger weekly sync meetings as a co-owner providing assistance through the Ranger channel emails and ADOs serving as a process owner for Ranger initiatives creating and managing Ranger Wiki content and acting as an ambassador of Microsoft culture within the Ranger community.
