Job Title: Backend with Typescript + AWS Developer Location: Austin, TX (Remote) Duration: Long-term Contract Skill Set :TypeScript, AWS, Microservices, Postgres NoSQL, System Design Job Description We are seeking an experienced Lead Backend Developer with strong expertise in TypeScript, AWS, Microservices, PostgreSQL/NoSQL, and System Design . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and developing scalable, cloud-native backend applications while leading technical initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Required Skills 10+ years of backend software development experience. Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and modern backend frameworks (Node.js/NestJS preferred). Extensive experience with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, etc. Expertise in designing and implementing Microservices Architecture . Strong experience with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.). Deep understanding of System Design , scalability, high availability, and distributed systems. Experience with RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and asynchronous messaging. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) is a plus. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and leadership skills.
