Job Description Job Description Job description Data Analyst - Power BI Purpose: Support our client's Strategic Projects & Operational Excellence team by turning data into actionable insights that improve operational performance, customer experience, and governance . Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, validate, and integrate data from Salesforce, Jira, Planisware, and internal systems . Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, visualizations, and executive scorecards . Develop data models and KPI monitoring solutions. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, reliability, and usability . Work with business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into technical reporting solutions. Perform root-cause analysis and create dashboards to track implementation issues and KPIs. Train and support dashboard users. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field . 2-5 years of relevant Data Analyst/BI experience. Strong Power BI skills; Tableau experience is also valuable. Experience with KPI frameworks and governance . Familiarity with Jira and Salesforce . Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities, and collaborate with leadership.
