We are seeking a Part-time pharmacist to join us at Peninsula IDA Pharmacy, where we combine enthusiasm and teamwork to foster a warm, relaxed, and professional work environment. At Peninsula IDA, we place a high value on work?life balance. Our pharmacy closes to the public at 5:30 p.m. on weekdays and 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Additionally, there are no Sunday or statutory holiday shifts. Team members receive four weeks of vacation annually and may choose to work 24 or up to 40 hours per week based on preference and operational requirements. The successful candidate requires the following qualities: * Possesses high motivation and a robust work ethic * Demonstrates a caring and friendly demeanor * Exhibits strong skills in customer service, leadership, and communication * Capable of working proactively as part of a dynamic team Duties of the pharmacist include but are not limited to the following: * Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions * Administer vaccinations and other injections * Provide clinical services as appropriate (Med Reviews, Adaptations, MACS) * Collaborate with prescribers to optimize therapy * Provide counselling and OTC recommendations * Train and support pharmacy assistants and technicians * Support accurate management of inventory * Ensure compliance to professional standards and applicable laws and regulations Requirements: * Full Pharmacist license and in good standing with College of Pharmacists of BC * Injection certified Benefits: * Profit-sharing for clinical services including medication reviews and minor ailments * Reimbursement of College License Fee and BCPhA Membership Fee * Paid continuing education / professional development If you are passionate about patient care and are seeking a supportive practice environment that prioritizes people and community, we invite you to connect with us.
