Terrapave Construction Corp Job Location: 12 Cadetta Road, Unit 1, Brampton, ON, L6P 0X4 *Position: *Heavy Equipment Operator NOC Code: 73400 Wages: $37.00-$38.00 per hour for 30-40 hours per week Terms of employment: Full time, Permanent Job duties: · Operate heavy equipment like pavers, rollers, excavators, and graders for construction tasks such as paving, digging, and leveling. · Adjust equipment settings and attachments to meet project needs for grading, moving earth, or spreading materials. · Inspect equipment before and after use, reporting any issues to supervisors or maintenance teams. · Work with construction crews and supervisors to follow project plans for tasks like road building or site preparation. · Monitor equipment and materials to ensure quality work, reduce waste, and meet deadlines. · Follow safety rules, wear protective gear, and keep work areas safe. · Operate equipment safely in tough conditions, adapting to terrain and weather. · Help load and transport equipment to job sites, ensuring safe handling. Education: Completion of a secondary school is required. Licence: Valid Class G Driving Licence. Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience working in the same field/Occupation is required.
