Business Analyst

Position: Business Analyst Location: Remote Duration: 5 Month contract to hire Working Hours: 9am-5pm PR: $37-$45 Interview: 2 rounds D2D: Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst for a leading healthcare organization. This individual will partner closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, and IT teams to support enhancements and optimization efforts across UKG Pro and Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will blend technical analytics with strong business acumen—owning requirements gathering, testing, change management, and reporting initiatives. This role will also focus heavily on improving business processes, supporting system implementations, and driving user adoption through training and documentation. The right candidate will be comfortable working across multiple projects, engaging with stakeholders, and delivering data-driven insights while helping streamline enterprise systems and workflows. Must Haves: 2–5+ years of Business Analyst / project-related experience Strong experience SQL, Python, Power Bi or Tableau experience Strong experience with testing (test scripts, UAT, defect tracking) Project Coordinator/ management experience Experience working with stakeholders Advanced Excel skills Bachelors Degree Plusses: Strong Python experience Familiar with AI/coding with AI $37 to $45 Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
