Position Summary: We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Power Electronics Engineer with deep expertise in switched-mode power conversion, feedback control systems, and battery charging applications. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with a proven track record delivering high-performance power electronic products from concept through production. The successful candidate will design innovative, high-efficiency power conversion solutions in a collaborative, product-focused environment while providing technical leadership across New Product Introduction, Sustaining Engineering, Advanced Engineering, and R&D. The role requires strong experience with power converter design, including Power Factor Correction, LLC resonant converters, Phase-Shifted Full Bridge converters, flyback converters, isolated and non-isolated DC-DC conversion, and digitally controlled power systems. Specific Duties: Lead power electronics projects from concept and architecture through design, validation, certification, manufacturing ramp-up, and production. Define requirements and technical solutions with Product Management and cross-functional engineering teams. Own power converter architecture, topology selection, modeling, simulation, design reviews, prototype bring-up, and validation. Design AC-DC PFC, LLC, PSFB, flyback, auxiliary, and isolated/non-isolated DC-DC converter systems. Develop and optimize digital control algorithms; perform control loop analysis, compensation design, and stability verification.
