PeerSource is currently recruiting for a Scrum Master on a Contract-to-Hire basis. This role is based out of Loveland, CO. Full benefits are offered during the contract period prior to converting full-time. No third parties . Summary We are seeking a Scrum Master to support multiple Agile software development teams by driving effective Scrum practices, fostering collaboration, and enabling predictable software delivery. This role requires a confident facilitator who can navigate competing priorities, coach teams through challenges, and promote continuous improvement while supporting Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe environments. Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies and foster effective team collaboration, communication, and conflict resolution. Coach Agile teams on SAFe principles, Scrum, Kanban, and Agile best practices to improve delivery predictability and team maturity. Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, and team members to maintain healthy, prioritized backlogs and support ongoing backlog refinement across current and future Program Increments. Track team metrics, monitor progress, and promote transparency through accurate reporting and visibility into work in progress. Identify, remove, or escalate impediments while coordinating cross-team dependencies and protecting teams from unnecessary disruptions. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives, mentoring team members, and encouraging accountability, self-organization, and ownership. Support onboarding and development of new team members by teaching Agile values, frameworks, and delivery practices. Required Skills 2-4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Facilitator, or in a similar Agile leadership role; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. Experience working with SAFe, Scrum, and/or Kanban, with strong knowledge of Agile principles and software delivery practices. Prior experience using Azure DevOps. Demonstrated ability to facilitate multiple Agile ceremonies, manage team backlogs, remove impediments, and coordinate across multiple teams. Strong coaching, facilitation, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to understand technical requirements and drive continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience supporting multiple Agile teams or Agile Release Trains (ARTs), as well as experience in regulated environments, is preferred. No third parties . H1 sponsorship is not available.
